Deputies report that a Milo resident was charged with DWI following a one-vehicle crash on Sunday.
First responders were called to Second Milo Road for the report of a car into a ditch.
Upon arrival, deputies say they found the driver walking around the scene.
Deputies say Patrick Meland, 24, was put through a series of field sobriety tests.
The tests were failed, according to deputies. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
