Police say a Canandaigua man is being held on evidence tampering charges following a death investigation.
Over the weekend, police arrested 58-year-old James C. Ohle, of Canandaigua, charging him with tampering with physical evidence.
It’s alleged that Ohle concealed evidence in relation to an overdose death investigation, which was being conducted by city police.
He was held at the Ontario County Jail without bail.
