Katko, R-Camillus, commented on Mueller’s investigation one day after Attorney General Bill Barr sent a letter to the leaders of the House and Senate judiciary committees summarizing the special counsel’s report, which was submitted on Friday.

Barr’s letter notes that the document states “while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”
