Deputies arrested a Palmyra woman following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Palmyra.
Caitlyn E. Morse, 30, of Palmyra was charged with second-degree contempt after allegedly transporting the father of her children to her residence, and inviting him to stay – despite there being an active stay away order of protection.
That order was due to a previous domestic incident.
Morse was arraigned in Palmyra Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Palmyra Town Court.
