On Wednesday of last week at approximately 3:54 pm, the Geneva Police Department conducted a search warrant at 24 Sherrill Street, Apartment 2 in the City of Geneva.
The search resulted in the arrest of 28-year-old Malcolm-Jamal W. J. Parmer who resides at the Sherill Street apartment.
Upon search of the residence a loaded 9mm Glock pistol was found in the individual’s bedroom. Parmer does not possess a New York State Pistol Permit to have the firearm in his possession.
He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, a Class C Felony. He is being held on $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
