An Ontario man was arrested on felony sex abuse charges after an incident, which was reported and investigated by law enforcement and child protective services.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that David S. Morse, 38, of Ontario was charged with first-degree sex abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say that Morse was arrested after allegations were made and reported to Wayne County Child Protective Services.
It’s alleged that Morse had sexual contact with a 15-year-old child, while at his home in the Town of Ontario.
Morse is reported to have had forcible sexual contact with the child in December 2018.
Deputies say Morse was arrested and arraigned in Ontario Town Court and held on $2,500 cash bail. A stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
