Police: Seneca Falls man choked, spit on victim during domestic incident

On Thursday around 9:53 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a local resident following a domestic incident.

Brad W. Kettle, 31, of Seneca Falls was arrested after the domestic incident, in which he allegedly choked a female victim several times.

Police say he also spit in her face and subjected her to several instances of unwanted physical contact.



Kettle was subsequently charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, and menacing.

He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

He will be due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
