Police: Seneca Falls man charged with felonies after violating protective order from recent arrest

Police say a 19-year-old Seneca Falls resident was arrested on felony charges after violating an order of protection that was issued from a previous incident.

Hunter W. Struzyk, 19, of Seneca Falls is accused of going to a home, which he had previously been banned from entering – and intentionally damaging property.

The property damage exceeded $800, according to police.

The most-recent incident, which unfolded Saturday night a little before 9 p.m. resulted in felony charges.

Struzyk was charged with one count of first-degree criminal contempt, and one count of third-degree criminal mischief.

He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to be arraigned. The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
