Ontario County Sheriff Kevin Henderson reports the arrest of a Rochester woman after a drug investigation earlier this month.
Traminique Porter, 25, of Rochester was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charge is a Class B felony.
On February 22nd a vehicle that was occupied by Porter was stopped on County Road 4 was found to have crack cocaine and heroin inside it. Deputies say she intended to sell that drug to another person in the Town of Geneva.
The arrest stems from the continued investigation into the sale of narcotics in Ontario County.
Porter was remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail due to having a prior felony conviction.
The Geneva and Canandaigua police departments assisted int he investigation.
