The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo man on felony drug charges after an investigation into the sale of heroin in Waterloo.
Robert J. Davis, 29, of Waterloo was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Davis is accused of selling heroin in Waterloo. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.
Davis will have to appear at a later date to answer the charges in Waterloo Town Court.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office notes that they were assisted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and Geneva Police Department.
