Police: Seneca Falls man arrested after choking woman in front of three kids

On Thursday at approximately 6:09 p.m. police arrested a 32-year-old Seneca Falls resident on multiple charges following a domestic incident, which happened on Wednesday.

Robert L. Hill, 32, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say Hill placed his hand around the female victim’s neck, restricting her airflow and pushing her up against a refrigerator where the incident took place.



They say there were three kids present during the incident.

As result Hill was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await further action. He’s scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
