The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 22-year-old Geneva man after a reported domestic incident, and subsequent vehicle crash.
On Tuesday around 10:08 p.m. deputies responded to a reported domestic incident in progress in the Town of Waterloo. While deputies were on their way – they were advised that the alleged aggressor fled the scene in a vehicle and crashed.
Deputies arrived to the scene of the crash and took Archie Taylor Jr., 22, of Geneva into custody.
Further investigation revealed that Taylor arrived at a residence in Waterloo and attempted to break down the door. As result, he was charged with two counts of trespassing, and one count of criminal mischief.
Deputies say he was held pending arraignment on the charges, which will be answered at a later date in Waterloo Town Court.
