Police say that they arrested a 46-year-old Seneca Falls man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Scott W. Rogers, 46, of Seneca Falls is accused of subjecting a child under the age of 17 to unwanted physical contact during an argument.
Police further say that Rogers caused bruising to the child.
As result, he was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Rogers was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
He’s due back in court at a later date to answer the charges. An order of protection was also issued.
