Police: Seneca Falls man breaks door during domestic incident

Police say a 27-year-old Seneca Falls man violated an order of protection, breaking a residential door – during a domestic dispute.

Carlos Lozada, 27, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal mischief and criminal contempt after he allegedly broke a residential door which also violated an order of protection which was already in place against him.

He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

Lozada will be due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
