On Sunday at approximately 11:33 a.m. police arrested a 24-year-old Geneva resident on felony strangulation charges.
Michael S. Grambling, 24, of Geneva was charged with second-degree felony strangulation following a domestic incident.
Grambling is accused of obstructing the breathing or blood circulation of an individual causing physical injury during that incident.
Police say he was held on $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 secured bond.
