Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of an Ovid man following a property damage accident, which happened during the early-morning hours on Monday.
Around 1:53 a.m. Anthony M. Vanhorn, 27, of Ovid was charged after leaving the scene of a property damage accident that occurred at the Fastrac store in Ovid.
Deputies say Vanhorn left the scene and was located shortly thereafter.Error, group does not exist! Check your syntax! (ID: 28)
As result, he was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
He was committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
