Ontario County Sheriff Kevin Henderson reports the arrest of two Rochester residents on felony drug charges after the pair sold multiple drugs to an individual in Farmington earlier this week.
Ricardo Pena, 21, and Keith Jackson, 28, both of Rochester were charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance on January 24th.
Henderson says the charges stemmed from an investigation, which determined Pena and Jackson sold heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana to another person in the Town of Farmington on the same day.
Pena and Jackson were remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
A third individual, identified as Elijah Evans-Jackson was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a later date.
The arrests are part of an ongoing investigation into the sale of narcotics in Ontario County. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Canandaigua Police Department during this part of the investigation.
