Deputies report the arrest of a 25-year-old Lyons resident after he violated an order of protection.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Davonte H. Mills, 25, was charged with second-degree contempt after he took breakfast to a protected party.
The subject of the stay away order of protection called 911; and Mills was subsequently arrested.
Deputies say he was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charge at a later date.
