An embattled cable company is getting another extension as it continues to fight to stay in New York.
Charter claims it provided new information to the state about how it’s meeting the terms of it’s merger.
This comes after Charter was given another extension to submit it’s plan to leave New York.
The company now has until March 4th.
This is the fifth extension since Charter was ordered to leave the state last July.
