Following a traffic stop – a Syracuse man was found to have over a dozen license suspensions, according to police.
The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of Shawn M. Allen, 40, of Syracuse following a traffic stop on Main Street.
Police say a check of Allen’s driver’s license with DMV showed him to have a revoked license – with a total of 13 suspensions.
Allen was subsequently placed under arrest and taken to the Yates County Jail pending arraignment.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle without an interlock device, insufficient tail lamps, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
