Deputies: Driver attempts to flee after DWI traffic stop in Victor

Deputies say a Farmington man attempted to flee authorities on foot following a DWI traffic stop in Victor during the early-morning hours on Saturday.

Raymond R. Gioseffi, 33, of Farmington was charged with driving while intoxicated after his vehicle was traveling erratically on Route 96 in Victor.

Following the traffic stop deputies say he attempted to flee, but was apprehended moments later after falling in the underbrush behind ‘The Kings Comics” near Dunkin Donuts on West Main Street in Victor.

He was taken into custody without further incident.
