Victor man charged with first-degree criminal sex act after Clifton Springs investigation

Deputies say an order of protection has been issued, and a Victor man was arraigned on a criminal sex act charge after investigation into an incident that took place in Clifton Springs.

On January 1st at approximately 1:30 a.m. deputies arrested Ronald S. Spike, 41, of Victor – charging him with first-degree criminal sex act.

Deputies say that Patrick was charged after subjecting a female victim to sexual contact without her consent at the residence.



He was taken to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment, and upon appearance in Clifton Springs Village Court – was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
