On Monday, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office bid a happy farewell to outgoing Sheriff David Gould, who served the community with passion and vigor.
As was the case in Ontario County, with outgoing Sheriff Philip Povero – deputies lined the entryway to the public safety building in Cayuga County – saluting Gould for his years of service.
