Deputies in Wayne County say a Christmas Day argument led to a criminal contempt charge for a Lyons resident.
Tamila S. D. Jackson-Kemp, 25, of Lyons was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal contempt after the argument turned physical.
Deputies say Jackson-Kemp damaged property that did not belong to her during the incident.
She was issued appearance tickets and the charges will be answered at a later date.
