Don’t expect any big changes in the forecast this week.
Forecasters say that Monday will be a warmer, and drier day for most than Sunday was – it won’t be an ‘ideal’ fall day.
Temperatures will push into the upper-40s for the entire region – and Tuesday will be the warmest day of the week. That said, it will also be a wetter day than Monday.
Late-Tuesday snow showers will mix into the equation, and that threat will continue into the middle of the week.
By the end of the week, some forecasters say a coastal storm will make the weekend forecast complicated.

Lake effect showers will end shortly across the Syracuse/Rome areas, leaving a dry and warmer day in central NY and northeast PA. On Tuesday and Wednesday more showers are expected, then dry weather will return for Thursday and Friday. #nywx #pawx pic.twitter.com/bgNqbiYb6w

My how things have changed this month. The first half of October felt like August, and now the 2nd half of the month is shaping up more like late November. Cool air looks like it'll stick around for much of the rest of the month. #ROC pic.twitter.com/Qr1BWKASb9
