Nazira M. Martin, 26, Fairport NY, was arrested at about 12:34 am on September 2nd and charged with Speed in Zone, Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and DWI. Martin is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
Emily Christenson, 26 and Ezekiel Simmons, 23, both of Canandaigua, were arrested on August 26th and charged with petit larceny. It is alleged that they stole about $229 worth of merchandise from Wegmans. Both were taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
Nathan Klein, 25, was arrested at abut 10:30 pm on September 3rd and charged with public lewdness and second-degree harassment. It is alleged that while on Center Street, Klein struck a female victim in the face, spit in her face and exposed his genitals to the victim. Klein was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
