Deputies say a Liverpool man was arrested after an investigation into stolen timber.
Christopher G. Devay, 31, was charged with grand larceny after that investigation, in which he is accused of taking timber from an address in Arcadia.
Deputies say the stolen timber came from an address on Eckert Road, which they did not release. The theft took place in November 2017.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
