Police say a 30-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested after striking a school bus on June 7th.
Around 3:25 pm police were called to North Main Street where they say Ruyan J. Bicker, of Canandaigua struck a City School Bus.
He was found to be intoxicated and subsequently charged with felony driving while intoxicated, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, possession of a hypodermic needle and following too closely.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
Police say there was only one passenger on the bus at the time of the accident, and no other injuries were reported.
