Police say a 30-year-old Seneca falls man was arrested on multiple charges – including forcible touching after an incident in Seneca Falls.
On May 24th at approximately 6:09 p.m. police arrested Wesley E. Goff, 30, for forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and harassment. He is accused of forcibly restraining a female victim while touching an intimate part of her body.
Goff was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released.
He will answer the charges at a later date. Police say an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
