If Memorial Day Weekend means you’re headed out, or hitting the road – the weather is going to cooperate nearly every day.
While the forecast calls for some rain early on Tuesday, temperatures will be above 70 – and even push into the 80s during the late-week timeframe to make it feel like summer in the Finger Lakes. The rain will begin tonight and should taper by late-morning, according to the National Weather Service.
For those who are fans of summer, the Climate Prediction Center is calling for above average temperatures over the next 10 days, which means plenty of summer air in the forecast. There will be an increased risk of thunderstorm activity as this warmer, more humid air enters the region in that late-week window, but plenty remains uncertain about that.
