The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 28-year-old Waterloo man on a warrant after an alleged theft.
Paul J. Kesterson, 28, was arrested on a warrant for petit larceny following the report of a stolen tool from a residence in Junius.
The theft allegedly took place in March.
Deputies say that Kasterson was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
