Police say a 28-year-old driver was arrested on Saturday after a DWI-related traffic stop.
Police say that Rogell Rivera-Ortega, 28, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without an ignition interlock device, failure to yield the right of way and driving on the sidewalk after the traffic stop on Elm Street.
Police say after being stopped he refused to take a breathalyzer test, which resulted in the above charges.
Rivera-Ortega was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
