On February 14th at approximately 3:51 p.m. police arrested a Victor duo after an investigation into the sale of Vicodin pills in Canandaigua.
Kathryn Lafler, 34, and 37-year-old David Lafler both of Victor were charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
It’s alleged that the defendants sold hydrocodone pills (Vicodin) on multiple occasions while in Canandaigua.
The arrest is the result of an extensive co-investigation conducted by the Canandaigua City Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department regarding the sale and distribution illegal narcotics throughout Ontario County.
Additional charges are pending. Kathryn and David were held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 dollars cash bail or $5,000 bonds.
