Police: Canandaigua man stalked teenagers, yelled racial slurs

On February 14th at approximately 6:09 p.m. members of the police arrested a 41-year-old Canandaigua resident on hate crime charges after an incident this week.

Michael J. Orbino, 41, was charged with two counts of third-degree stalking as a hate crime.

It is alleged that on February 14th while at Baker Park, Orbino confronted two teenage females and yelled racial slurs.

Orbino continued to follow the females throughout the park yelling racial slurs, putting them in fear for their safety, according to police.

He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail with no bail.
