A Rochester man was arrested in Ontario County after an investigation into events that transpired at KeyBank located in Canandaigua.
According to investigators Deovian W. Peterson, 23, of Rochester was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after he contacted the bank on two separate occasions reporting that his debit card was stolen.
He disputed multiple charges, which he claimed were fraudulent. As result of the investigation — Peterson had more than $1,200 reinstated into his account on purchases that he authorized.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
