Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on Wednesday, January 3rd deputies arrested a Savona woman for possessing stolen property following an incident in the Town of Avoca.
Louann Labarr, 61, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, which is a Class D felony. She is accused of possessing and driving a stolen vehicle on State Route 415 in Avoca.
Labarr was arraigned in Bath Town Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
