Seneca Army Depot LORAN-C Tower

I noticed this tower a long time ago as I could always tell it was huge; so one night I drove to it and it is very tall. It is a Coast Guard LORAN-C transmitter station for the Seneca Army Depot in Romulus, New York. I cannot find ANY good information on it except when it was built and that it is for guiding ships at sea from as far as 1000 miles away. It has five aviation warning lights; the top and second from the bottom ones blink. 250 acres of the Depot is for the Coast Guard and the Loran station. Also it was built in 1977 and dedicated in 1978.
