Ontario County flooding assessed
Is it bad enough to declare a disaster?State and federal disaster officials toured parts of Ontario County today. They're taking a good look at all the damage from the heavy rains and flooding over the past month.  The flood waters ravaged homes and roadways in five towns and in Canandaigua.
