Emily Good files notice of claim against City of Rochester
The woman arrested while taking video of police in front of her home has filed notice she intends to sue the City of Rochester. Emily Good is going to make a federal case out of it.Good says it's all about standing up for principle.The District Attorney's Office asked the judge to dismiss the case.
