" Work On Waterloo's Lowe's Begins "
Construction crews last week began building and access road to the site of the new Lowe's Home Improvement strore to be built in the town of Waterloo near the intersection of Routes 5&20 and 96A. This access road is off the Border City Road running south towards 5&20. The new store is expected to open late next year.
