In the second, a woman worker finds that she has inadvertently broken the unanimity of struggling workers by demanding a separate toilet for women. " Farmhouse Fire in Fayette "
Firefighters from at least 10 departments in Seneca and Ontario County spent over two hours Monday night battling a farmhouse fire on West River Road in Fayette. The home was a total loss. Firefighters were hampered by below freezing tempatures, slick roads, and a lack of water. Tanker trucks had to bring water to the scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Finger Lakes Arts Grant and Service, Inc (FLAGS) Executive Director Ethan Fogg and Assemblyman Brian Kolb present Karen Lucas with the Individual Art Excellence Award. Lucas is Director of Elementary Band in the Geneva City School District, Music Director for the Seneca Falls Community Band, and Vice President of the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra.
