" A Wet, Not White, Christmas "

" Wrap It Up For Ontario ARC "
Assemblyman Brian Kolb took time Monday morning to volunteer at the gift wrapping booth sponsored by the Ontario ARC at Eastview Mall in Victor. The nonprofit organization, which assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, uses the holiday gift wrapping booth as a fundraiser. Last yearís effort raised more than $10,000 that supported recreational opportunities for individuals who otherwise would not be able to participate. Kolb donated his wrapping talents with York University student Kate Dillon and Craig Hunsicker, a residence manager for Ontario ARC.

Karolyn Grimes the actress who played Zu-Zu in the Frank Capra holiday classic "It's A Wonderful Life" visits Seneca Falls this weekend for the annual It's A Wonderful Life Weekend. Friday morning Grimes was the guest on the Finger Lakes News Network and WNYR 98.5FM. She met Smith Opera House Executive Director Kevin Schoonover and signed movie posters which will be displayed at the historic Geneva theater. Antoninas Restaurant on Bridge Street in Seneca Falls transforms into "Martini's" every December for the It's A Wonderful Life Weekend. The annual event in Seneca Falls celebrates the village's connection to the Frank Capra holiday classic. Just after 3:30 am, firefighters from Geneva and Border City were called to this home on the corner of Genesee and North Streets in the city. " Thursday Night Amber Alert Scare "
A Geneva girl originally thought abducted Thursday went willingly to a Syracuse suburb with a 22-year-old man. State police found 16 year old Patricia Visco at the Knight's Inn in Liverpool. Investigators say she went there with Connor Izard of Clay, NY. Police say Visco and Izard conducted an Internet relationship for about a month before meeting for the first time Thursday. Geneva Police issued an Amber alert when Visco didn't return home Thursday evening.
