" Indian Gambling Hits Seneca Falls "
The Cayuga Indians opened their second gaming facility in the Finger Lakes Wednesday morning. There are now 33-electronic bingo machines at the Lake Side Trading Gas Station on Route 89 in Seneca Falls. The largest winner on the first day took home just over $400. The gaming machines will be open from 10am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturdays. Don Gentilcore, division manager of Seneca Meadows Inc. presents a check to Waterloo in Bloom chairpersons Dave & Darlene Duprey and Bonnie Hosford, along with Mayor Lee Patchen. The $7,100.00 check represents full payment for the newly acquired John Deere 6 X 4 Gator. Seneca Meadows has been a major supporter of the Waterloo in Bloom Village beautification project since it's inception in 2002.

This is a class photo for the first Firefighter I class in Seneca County. The students completed 78 hours in firefighting skills, vehicle fires, search and rescue, and many other firefighting skills. The firefighters represent several companies throughout the County.
