New York State Senator Michael F. Nozzolio (R-Fayette) was recently promoted to Commander in the New York State Naval Militia by Naval Militia Rear Admiral Robert A. Rosen. Rear Admiral Rosen presented Senator Nozzolio with an official promotion certificate at a Federal Law Enforcement Foundation meeting held in New York City.
