" Black Ice in Yates County "
After almost losing control of my own truck, I quickly came upon two more trucks that had left the pavement on Voak Road in the Town of Potter. I see in this photo what looks like a deer in the ditch but I believe that black ice was the main cause in this rollover accident Monday morning.
