Fraud, DWI arrests, capsized boat on Keuka Lake
William E. Hunter, 39, of Beaver Dams, was charged with third-degree welfare fraud, a felony, for allegedly receiving public assistance benefits that he was not entitled to due to unreported income. He is to appear in Montour Falls Village Court.
