TJ’s Catering was established in the spring of 2004, but offers you over 50 years of experience in food preparation and presentation, as well as the highest level of service.
We are fully licensed as an off premise Caterer by the State of New York.
We are fully insured by Chacchia and Parrott Insurance of Geneva through the Dryden Mutual Insurance Company of Dryden, New York.
We specialize in, Clambakes, Chicken or Rib Barbeques and Steak and Pig Roasts.
We are available for Wedding Receptions/Rehearsal Dinners, Fundraisers, Golf Tournaments, Stag Parties or Showers, Corporate Receptions, Anniversaries, Graduation and Private Parties.
Menu and Pricing: Due to wide range of items we serve, numbers provided for and geographic area we cover, exact pricing is usually quoted based on the menu selected, the number of people attending your event and the location of the event.
Desserts are available upon request: Ice Cream, Cheese Cake, etc…
We are proud to include the freshest rolls, breads and butter with all our meals.

Fundraisers: The minimum number we will cook a fundraiser for is 200.
For Fundraisers our Chicken Barbeque Menu is as follows:
½ BBQ Chicken, Salt Potatoes, Baked Beans, Roll and Butter.
Clambakes: The minimum number we provide a clambake for is 40.
Our typical Clambake menu consists of; raw and steamed clams, chowder, giblets, shrimp cocktail. sausage peppers and onions, liver bacon and onions, baked chicken, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, hot dogs and hamburgers.
We currently do not provide tables, chairs, linen or tents, but we can make recommendations.
