| CURB APPEAL CONTEST RULES - ENTRIES HAVE CLOSED • Participants must submit completed entry form and photograph (no larger than 5"x7") of home by May 13th 2005. • Entries may be obtained from: The Finger Lakes Radio Group, 3568 Lenox Road , Geneva , NY 14456 • Entries may be submitted by: Mail or in person to the Finger Lakes Radio Group (see above) • Participants agree to have photos of their home displayed at sponsor locations and online. Participants also agree to display a finalist sign in their yard. • Participants must own entered property. • When a purchase is made at a participating store, purchaser must ask salesperson to credit the amount of the purchase to the home of their choice. Radio station will provide ballots for this purpose. The homeowner will receive one point for every dollar purchased in his/her name. No retroactive purchases will be allowed as points. • Purchases made between May 23, 2005 and July 14, 2005 will be eligible • There will be a $4000 point limit per purchase per customer. • All participants will receive a free landscaping consultation from James Rose Outdoor Services based on submitted photograph. • First place prize will be awarded to the homeowner with the most points. • Second place prize will be awarded to the homeowner with the second most points. • Third place prize will be awarded to the homeowner with the third most points. • All prizes will be awarded at Blue Heron Nursery on July 16, 2005 to be redeemed October 31, 2005. • Families of the Finger Lakes Radio Group, James Rose Outdoor Services and Blue Heron Nursery are not eligible. • Rules are subject to change. All rules and decisions are made by the Finger Lakes Radio Group, James Rose Outdoor Services and Blue Heron Nursery and are final. • Winners will give Blue Heron Nursery and James Rose Outdoor Services the right to use photos in future promotions and on websites. |
