Opening Reception: Marvelous Mini's
The Marvelous Mini’s exhibition serves a dual purpose – to benefit the Arts Center of Yates County’s Sunny Point studio on Keuka Lake, and as an introduction and artist reception prior to the Keuka Art Festival. As a benefit, many of the artists displaying at the festival, as well as the Arts Center’s member artists, have donated a piece of their work – paintings, photographs, 3-D art – with dimensions not to exceed 20 inches (width plus height). Each piece will be priced at $50 and will be available for sale at 5:00PM sharp on Friday, June 12th. For those who will not be able to attend on the 12th, for an additional fee of $15 you may pre-select your choice while the exhibit is being hung on Thursday, June 11th, or during the day on Friday the 12th. On Monday, June 15th, any art that has not been sold will have the price reduced by $5 per day for the week. During the reception, there will be wine tastings, hors d’oeuvres and door prizes as well as the opportunity to meet the artists. Come and find your perfect piece, but be sure to buy early to reduce the risk of losing what you have found! The Arts Center is located at 127 Main Street in Penn Yan. Please call 315-536-8226 or email for more information.
