The Waterloo Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. presents their 2015 open house at the East Water Street Fire Station. There will be live demonstrations and exhibits. Come down and bring the family and explore the fire service. All are welcome. The Event will be from 10am till 1pm.

Habitat for Humanity - Raise the Roof Party
Join us for our annual fall fundraising event and help us Raise the Roof! Friday, October 23, 2015 from 6-9pm at The Gould Hotel. Seneca Falls American Legion's Commander's Can Jam
The Seneca Falls American Legion Post 366 invites you to join in the Commander's Can Jam. It has been brought to our attention that cans of soup & other canned items are difficult to keep stocked at the House of Concern's food pantry and with the colder weather approaching, we want to HELP! Through the month of October, Kirk-Casey Post 366 will be collecting canned goods that will be donated to the House of Concern's Food Pantry. Each canned good donated gets your name entered into the drawing for a gift certificate to a local establishment. Each can of soup, gets 2 entries. Living Healthy Chronic Disease Self Management Workshop to be Offered in Ovid
FREE Living Healthy Workshops are scheduled to be offered on Thursdays from Sept. 3-October 8 at the Edith B. Ford Memorial Library in Ovid. Living Healthy is a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program offered by Wayne CAP, RSVP Program, Seneca County Office of the Aging and Seneca County Health Department. The program is designed for those dealing with a chronic or limiting health condition. Participants learn self-management techniques and skills needed for the day to day management of their ongoing health condition. Sessions are held once a week for 2.5 hours for 6-sessions.
