SCP presents Deathtrap
Deathtrap, by Ira Levin, is a comedy-thriller that ran on Broadway for more than two years and is the longest running comedy-thriller to date. It was later made into a film starring Michael Cain, Christopher Reeve and Dyan Cannon. Deathtrap - a successful playwright struggles to overcome a dry spell. A possible break in his fortune occurs when he receives a script from a student in the seminar he has been conducting at a nearby college - a thriller he recognizes as a potential Broadway hit. Auditions were held on May 12th and 13th and rehearsals began on May 17th.
