Generations Bank 2nd Annual Blood Drive
The Generations Bank 2nd Annual Blood Drive has been relocated to the Seneca Falls Community Center at 35 Water St. The drive will remain on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 11am - 4pm. All times previously reserved by donors will remain the same. If you have any questions or concerns please call 1-800-RED-CROSS or Kristin Grillone 315-568-1187. Doug's Fish Fry fundraiser to support Waterloo Girls' Lacrosse
Come support the Waterloo Girls' Lacrosse program on Friday March 6th. There will be a Doug's Fish Fry to Go fundraiser set up in the Waterloo Calvary Lutheran Church parking lot (across from WalMart) from 11 am to 6 pm. Look for the big red truck and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner while supporting Waterloo Girls' Lacrosse!

Bunco on March 18
Bunco will be played on March 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Seneca Falls Recreation Center. Co-chair Lucy Liberatore explains, “Bunco is played with dice. It is an easy game to learn. There are four people to each table. Winners move on to another table. We play three games with nine rounds in a game.” Free refreshments will be available between games. Players will have a chance to win gifts. The donation is $25 to play. This event is sponsored by Catholic Daughters Court Theresa 806. Literacy Volunteers of Seneca County Inc. are hosting the 3rd Annual Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 21,2015 - 10:00am at Waterloo High School. 3 man teams - $50 per team and a word list will be provided when payment is received. Boy Scout Troop 74 in Waterloo will be starting off the Summer BBQ season with a chicken BBQ on Saturday April 4th from 11 -2 at the Five Star Bank in Waterloo. Dinners are $8 and include chicken a choice of 2 sides (sides are pot salad, mac salad, coleslaw, mashed pot, baked beans). Dinners will also include dessert. Anyone with a presale ticket should pick up their dinner by 12:30 pm.

Watoto Choir "Oh, What Love" Tour Concert
The Watoto Choir will be performing their “Oh, What Love” tour concert at Lake Country Christian Church on the evening of Wednesday, April 22nd. This group comes through the Finger Lakes region only once every two years so you will not want to miss the pageantry and color of this event. Yogi's 2nd Annual Walk and Roll for a Cure
Seneca Lake State Park Shelter #1. Registration is at 1130am. Monies raised go to the (American Syringomyelia and Chiari Alliance Project Inc.) to support research and programs for support, education and awareness. Walk will start at Shelter #1 and continue to just about the Ramada (weather permitting) then turn back, ending at the Shelter #1. Raffles, activities for kids, food and drinks will be available at Shelter #1. Strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, etc. are welcome. FREE Tax Assistance
FREE tax assistance is being offered to Seneca County residents through the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program. VITA is free of charge for low to moderate income taxpayers with an annual income of $53,000 or less. Basic taxes are prepared by IRS trained and certified volunteers that are donating their time. The VITA program has 2 sites in Seneca County located in Waterloo and Interlaken. Call the appropriate site to be placed on the wait list.
